The Position : We are looking for a Turn Supervisor for our Maintenance department!

Responsibilities :

• This position works rotating shifts.
• Manage and direct the hourly work force.
• Supervise the maintenance crafts and coordinate repairs in production areas.
• Perform equipment inspections.
• Follows up on shift objectives and directs resources to complete timely repairs to equipment.
• Documents shift activities.
• Prepares reports as required.
• Interface effectively with other members of supervision, personnel from other departments, and ISWA personnel.
• Responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• 2 - 5 years electrical / mechanical experience in a supervisory role.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Hydraulics knowledge and experience preferred.
• Former electrical and / or mechanical education preferred.

PAY RANGE : $59,400 - $74,250

DISCRETIONARY TARGET BONUS : 12%
